www.dvla.gov.uk is the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency site. It includes driver and vehicle legal requirements and how to apply for your licence.

www.dsa.gov.uk lists official driving publications and gives information about booking your tests on-line.

www.passplus.org.uk explains the scheme for newly qualified drivers and lists the insurance companies who are committed to it.
